All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, preparation may require slightly longer processing times.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

- incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- failed delivery attempts
- packages returned due to incomplete customer information
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once the package has been handed to the courier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.
However, if you experience any issue with your delivery, our support team will gladly assist you in finding the best possible solution.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
